In her three
decades, Jennifer Hamm has lived in 11 cities, five countries, three continents
and on an island.
Now based in the Netherlands, the American national
is an award-winning journalist who has written for the Los Angeles Times,
Los Angeles Daily News, The Prague Post, Time Out and other outlets around
the world.
Jennifer discovered a passion for journalism at age
9 when she landed a reporting spot on her grade school newspaper. Some
time later she graduated from university and went to work for the Los
Angeles Times. By lunch on her first day, she had been dispatched to cover
a breaking murder story.
There hasn’t been a slow day since.
Jennifer covered the most expensive congressional race
in U.S. history and profiled unemployed coal miners in the former Eastern
Bloc. She reported on the historic NATO Summit in Prague and wrote about
the new International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Jennifer frequently writes about traveling, living and working abroad for a range of outlets.
